Scott & Kelly Searcy have over 25 years of experience guiding people through exercise.

Think differently to move better, feel better and love oneself.

Not the typical approach, BODY LOGICS does not follow the latest fad, only the rules of the body, your body. We assess, find weakness, strengthen each piece, each joint, muscle and more – effectively building your body to MOVE BETTER in any life adventure you want to do.

Key tools are integrated to evaluate and raise the threshold of your muscular system. Through a process of restoring, improving, and maintaining your range of motion, strength, and stability, we can optimize your muscular system, improve your strength, and see measurable improvements in your performance while reducing risk of injury.

Combined with nutritional support, intelligent, measured and custom exercises can progress you back to a place where you feel you thrive and have the tools to stay there.

The Pilates method was created in the early 20th century by Joseph H. Pilates, evolving the work after he immigrated to NYC in 1925 from a small town in Germany. Joe Pilates was known as an intuitive mover, passionate about living with zest. His work emphasized deep breathing techniques.

“A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.”

The Resistance Training method we use in weight training marries the internal and external mechanics of an exercise on an individual and teaches the individual what proper exercise, for their body feels like. Utilizing both the significance of isometric and dynamic exercise to address chronic pain without drugs or surgery we are able to optimize the results of exercise for each person we train.
